DFR Autoworks has been recognized by the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Program
Dewey, Oklahoma, 1/3/09 -- DFR Autoworks has earned Blue Seal of Excellence recognition as prescribed by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of vehicle repair and service by means of voluntary testing and certification for automotive repair and service professionals.
To be eligible for this recognition, a company must have 75% of its automotive professionals ASE certified, in addition, there must be a certified technician in each area of service offered. To remain in the program, a business must renew each year and confirm there professionals’ certification status.
DFR Autoworks is committed to providing a professional staff to meet the needs of our customers. Currently our work force has two ASE master certified technicians, one of which is an advanced level master technician. Our third technician is currently working to gain his certification. Our office staff also includes two ASE certified service writers, which is more than the requirement set forth for the Blue seal certification. DFR services light truck and cars of all makes and models, offering every type of mechanical repairs from front end and suspension to the most complex computer diagnostics. We offer 12mo 12,000 mile warranty on all repairs, offer pickup and shuttle service, and have the most competitive rates in the industry.
“Businesses that have earned the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition have gone the extra mile in support of their customers. Employing ASE-certified professionals is an important element in their overall customer satisfaction program. We salute those businesses who achieve this goal and thank them for helping promote automotive repair and service” says Timothy Zilke, ASE President.
ASE was founded in 1972 as a non-profit, independent organization dedicated to improving the quality of automotive service and repair through the voluntary testing and certification of automotive technicians. Technicians, engine machinists, and parts specialists have participated in ASE’s program from all segments of the service and repair industry: car and truck dealerships, service stations, independent repair shops, collision repair facilities, maintenance garages, leasing and rental businesses, fleet repair facilities, franchised outlets, etc. Today, more than 400,000 professionals are ASE certified.
